The Homes
One of the most unique features of Southview is the flexibility we have in the design of your home. Not only can we customize a home specifically for you, but we can also decide the location your home is placed on the property—making Southview a truly custom built community.
You’ll notice on the Site Plan page that there are four distinct sections—A,B,C,D. The homes in these sections are being built as follows:
Section A is already near completion and consists of ten Colonial style homes. There are only two homes left in this section. Act quick to get the only homes left with full walkout lower levels. One is completely finished and ready for you to move in. The other one is almost finished but you can still customize some features. Every home in this section has a private basement and attached garage. And all have been Energy Star certified meaning your home is quiet, comfortable and affordable to own!
Section B is underway! The main road has been paved and all utilities installed. We are very excited to introduce our new Cape Style plan with a first floor bedroom suite. The first two homes are under construction now and ready for viewing. At this time you can choose between the Colonial and Cape plans, select where in this section you would like your home to be, and customize all your interior features. What other condominium allows you to do that!
Section C at this time has had the brush cleared and final engineering completed. We are reserving this section for our Garden plan. One-story homes are highly desirable but also more costly to build. We are offering you the opportunity to reserve a home in this section. Once we have pre-sold half of the potential homes we will begin building. We can also build the Colonial and Cape plans in this section. Call us for details.
Section D is just a gleam in our eyes at this point! We will work on the final designs once the other sections are substantially completed.
