Southview is named after the spectacular views from the top of this multi-level parcel. Unique features include rock walls, wrought iron fencing and multiple elevations. Over half of the property will remain undeveloped as a result of proper planning and to preserve these environmental features.
When we purchased the property, it was the abandoned site of a former construction company. After extensive work, the frontmost part of the property was cleaned up from years of neglect. We are in the process of restoring the existing rock wall and wrought iron fencing.
While most of the land was covered with brush and invasive species, the mature maples at the property’s frontage were saved and will hopefully enjoy a long life. The upper border of the property consists of dense hardwood forest and many acres will remain untouched.
