Both homes have full walkout lower levels, two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and attached garages. And each has it own unique touches including a bonus computer loft and large walk-in closet!
$259,900—The Colonial with finished lower level: Giving you over 1800 square feet and including another half bathroom. Both #7 and #8 can still have a finished lower level.
