The Site Plan
Our site plan is the first of its kind in the town of Ludlow. Current zoning for condominium areas is ten units per acre. Southview has been designed with less than three units per acre—the same as zoning for single family homes.
This site plan shows 21 acres of land with 14 acres undeveloped—assuring your home will be surrounded by open space.
The site plan also shows how Southview is divided into small drives instead of large parking lots (like most condominium projects). This assures your privacy by grouping a smaller number of homes on each drive.
Furthermore, the plan shows four separate sections of this first sales phase. They are marked on the plan with the letters A, B, C, and D. Because of the layout of these roadway sections, we are able to build one area at a time without disturbing the existing homeowners and further assuring your privacy and the quiet enjoyment of your home.
Section A is complete. We are already building in Section B and preliminary work has begun on Section C.
